蓄电池板栅耐腐蚀性
铅酸蓄电池作为一种平安牢靠的绿色能源,在国民消费中起着不可替代的作用,但在其运用上也存在的宏大的局限,主要是铅酸蓄电池寿命偏低,使其无法更为普遍的应用。铅酸蓄电池板栅的耐腐蚀性能决议了电池的寿命,是蓄电池消费制造过程中很重要的控制参数,蓄电池板栅的耐腐蚀性能与板栅制造过程有亲密的关系,受合金成分、制造过程的温度、操作手法影响很大,如何经过测试蓄电池板栅的耐腐蚀性能来肯定各项参数的优劣,以及保证最佳的蓄电池板栅耐腐蚀性能作用宏大,常规的铅酸蓄电池板栅耐腐蚀测试常常经过组装成电池,或在酸溶液中浸泡等方式来停止,其缺陷是时间长,不能快速的测试出结果,关于耐腐蚀性很差的极板也不能很快的出结果。如何制定一种可快速测试出板栅耐腐蚀性的办法,是亟待处理的问题。
板栅耐腐蚀性的快速测试办法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:配制测试溶液,所述测试溶液的配比如案如下,依照质量比计:5%?20%乙醇,5%?20%醋酸,60%?90%去离子水;待测板栅称重、记载;将所述测试溶液置入电解槽内,所述电解槽内的一端设有纯铅板、另一端设待测板栅;将所述待测板栅和纯铅板分别与充放电机的正、负极相衔接构成回路;接通充放电机电源;在充放电机充电过程查对待测板栅,待测板栅首先腐蚀断裂的部位,即是其耐腐蚀性差的部位;充电完毕后,将所述待测板栅用水洗洁净然后称重,以将待测板前后重量的损失率作为所测板栅耐腐蚀水平的断定根据。

The grid is connected with the positive and negative electrodes of the charger and discharger to form a circuit; the power supply of the charger and discharger is connected; the grid to be tested is inspected during the charging process of the charger and discharger, and the first part of the grid to be tested corrodes and breaks, that is, the part with poor corrosion resistance; after charging, the grid to be tested is washed with water and weighed to lose the weight of the plate to be measured before and after charging. Rate is used to judge the corrosion resistance of the grid. The method of the invention has the advantages of simple operation, easy acquisition of test materials and low test cost, and can realize rapid test of corrosion resistance of grids.
